the Beehive Society: 'Legendary Lands'

Last week was the opening for the 

Beehive Society's latest group show: 'Legendary Lands' at Asterisk Gallery.

All of the artists were given passports written by children, at an 826 Valencia Creative Writing workshop. I received a passport from Nika, pictured below, to use as inspiration.

Money raised will go towards 826 Valencia and the show will be up at 

Mission Comics for the next month.

Come check out 'Strike Away Show' at Paxton Gate this Friday!

There will be several hundred matchbooks made into art in this wonderful group show, 

curated by Courtney Cerruti and Alicia Dornadic!

The theme for my submissions is 'Matchmakers,' 

and I tried to work with the already designed books.
